Celebrity couple George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis did not make an appearance together at the Golden Globes 2011.

The red carpet. The glitz. The glam. The Hollywood awards ceremony where winners are picked by the foreign press corp as the voice of the people from all over the world included a star studded guest list. Even celebrity couples like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones, and Warren Beatty with lovely Baby Boomer arm candy trophy girl Annette Bening.
Alas, no George Clooney or Elisabetta Canalis in site. He is scheduled to begin filming a new movie about politics on set in Ohio in February of 2011, one he will also be directing. The film will also star 2011 Golden Globe winner Paul Giamatti.
